One Eighty had a good understanding or the requirements for the Concept Plan from the outset. Mark’s experience was able to guide us through the process. He undertook extensive stakeholder consultation and took onboard feedback from a wide variety of stakeholders. Mark understands the Council landscape while maintaining a professional and flexible approach throughout the project. The resultant Concept Plan is a great foundation for future engagement with the stakeholder group.

Mark has supported Rugby Union SA in the consultation and development of our Strategic Plan 2022- 2027. He has a friendly level-headed approach that overcomes challenging situations, especially when it comes to stakeholder management.

Walkerville Oval Master Plan, Town of Walkerville
One Eighty was a pleasure to work with. They understood the project brief from the outset and worked hard to ensure that Councils 'vision' was enunciated. They undertook all of the public consultation, which at times was a very difficult task, having to deal with a minority of residents who were quite aggressive.
The report was changed a number of times due to Council input and feedback from the community. At all stages, One Eighty remained calm, professional and delivered well beyond what was expected.
Kiki Magro CEO - Town of Walkerville

Club Development Planning Project, Cove Sports and Community Club
One Eighty Sports and Leisure Solutions was engaged by our organisation to assist in development of a facilities plan. The history of our organisation would show the needs of the various sporting clubs that use the facilities are often in conflict. To this end bringing all parties together in the formulation of a plan would be a challenge.
With due respect for all user groups, their individual issues and aspirations One Eighty was able to liaise and bring back to our Board the base information and plan format required for us to finalise our facilities plan. Something as a Board we could not achieve on our own.”
Wayne Granger Secretary - Cove Sports and Community Club

Business Planning Day
City of Salisbury
In determining the future directions of the City of Salisbury Recreation Services business unit, we decided an external facilitator was required to assist us in developing our 5-year Business Plan. Having attended conferences and industry gatherings in the past where 180SLS had an involvement, I was most impressed with not only their broad knowledge base but also their ability to engage an audience representing various sectors of the industry.
For that reason we contracted 180SLS to facilitate our Business Planning Day. This also involved pre work in liaising with key peak sporting bodies as to development/partnership opportunities with the City of Salisbury and the written production of the Business Plan.
We had a very successful planning day which was not only enjoyed by those involved but one that produced a very clear direction for the business units operations in the next 5 years.
I would highly recommend 180SLS to any recreation/sport body seeking to develop a strategic business plan.
Adrian George, Manager Recreation Services - West
